Are you ready to invest in your home? At SPS, we provide highly personal, luxury interior design services that take all of the work off your plate. We handle all aspects of renovation and design, from selections of the largest pieces of furniture and custom cabinetry, to the smallest grout and paint colors, everything is chosen or custom made to fit your lifestyle. Our services include:
We design everything: floor plans, schematics, electrical & plumbing plans, elevations, millwork, 3D renderings, design boards and custom pieces.
We procure everything: we work with the most experienced vendors, trade sources and artisans to curate or create unique furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) for your home.
We manage everything: as experts in project management - we work directly with contractors acting as liaison for our clients, handling all communication, renovations and design implementation on-site, as well as maintaining your budget, and resolving issues that may arise. We also manage all purchasing, procurement, tracking and returns of all FF&E.
We install everything: we oversee the installation of every piece we specially curate for your space. We’ll leave you with a beautiful magazine-worthy home!
