about the studio

At Stephanie Perez Studio, we’re driven by the wholehearted belief that a home needs soul. Our mission is to create layered and enduring interiors that are a reflection of our clients’ stories, travels and treasures. The end result is an imaginative spin on classic interiors that feel like home.

Our signature lived-in style expertly blends vintage with contemporary silhouettes, timeless antiques, heirlooms, and unique pieces from around the world. We confidently mix warm patterns and thoughtful designs to create a feeling of intimacy and security.

We work with global tradespeople, artisans and vendors that meet our high standards for the pieces we specially curate for your space. As a boutique business, we maintain an exceptional and high-touch customer experience from idea conception through to installation. We help our clients feel excited to go home at the end of their long day and enter a cozy, personal and safe space where they can live intentionally, live aesthetically and live better.

Stephanie Perez Studio is a boutique interior design and creative studio based in Westchester, NY. Our work ranges across the country, from several renovations across Westchester and Long Island; a cabin in Big Bear Lake, CA; and a pied-à-terre in New York City, to a Victorian in New Jersey and a commercial project with Westchester Children’s Museum

founder & principal designer

Stephanie Perez O’Boyle was born and raised in Westchester, NY, as a first-generation American whose family comes from Colombia. She’s a self-taught interior designer and her signature style is lived-in, personal and influenced by her Latin American roots and European travels. She’s drawn to the timeless quality of vintage and antiques, heirlooms that tell a story, and hand-made pieces, textiles and ceramics from around the world.

As a graduate from Lehigh University with a bachelors in Journalism and minors in Business & Communication, Stephanie spent a decade in New York City working in Public Relations at MTV, VH1, and various digital media brands where she oversaw high-profile press campaigns for shows like the Video Music Awards, TRL, MTV News and many more. She was trained in a high-pressure corporate environment, managing large press production teams and abiding by strict deadlines, enabling her to bring these crucial skills to interior design projects overseeing renovations, timelines and budgets. In PR, Stephanie learned the importance of storytelling and bringing her clients’ visions to life. Now, as a designer, she gets to do the same thing, but for their most cherished spaces.

Stephanie started her eponymous design firm in 2021 with a mission to create layered and enduring interiors that are a reflection of her clients’ stories, travels and treasures. In 2024, House Beautiful named her a coveted Next Wave designer, and her work has been featured in World of Interiors, Country Living, Westchester Magazine, House Beautiful and more.

Stephanie now resides in Westchester with her husband (another Lehigh graduate), son and mini goldendoodle.
